Cancellation Policy

At Foundations in Healing, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior communication may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

  • Card on File: If an appointment is canceled without prior 24-hour notice or in the event of a no-show, your credit card on file may be charged a fee and/or the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
